Vasai Idol - 2025. Terms & Conditions.
1) The competition is limited to Vasai taluka and is open to all men and women between the ages of 16 and 65.
2) The final round of the competition will be held on December 12/13 at Late Anantrao Thakur Natyagruh, Parnaka, Vasai.
3) The entry fee for the competition is Rs. 500/- and the application form and entry fee for the competition have to be paid online by October 31, 2025. It is mandatory for the competitors to attach their Aadhaar card with the application.

5) The competitors will have to come to the scheduled venue on time and at their own expense.
6) Contestants will have to perform only in Marathi (film songs, bhavgeet, devotional songs, powada lavani, ghazal) or Hindi films(songs, devotional songs, ghazal, qawwali). A total of two elimination rounds of the competition will be held as per the guidelines of the judges.In the first elimination round,50 contestants will be selected for the second round from the total contestants.
7) After the second elimination round,10 contestants will be selected by the judges for the final round.
8) The final round will be held as follows – (in three rounds)
a) In the first round,5 contestants will be selected for the second round from the 10 contestants.
b) In the second round,3 contestants will be selected for the third and final round from the 5 contestants.
c) In the third and final round,the winners of Vasai Idol – 2 will be announced.
9) In the final round, the contestants will have to perform the selected songs with a musical ensemble (live music).
10) The contestants selected before the final round will be given two rehearsals with a musical ensemble (live music).
11) The prizes for the winners of the final round are as follows-
1) First place Rs.25000/- memento and certificate.
2) Second place Rs.15000/- memento and certificate.
3) Third place Rs.10000/- memento and certificate.
4) Fourth and fifth place Rs.5000/- memento and certificate each.
The remaining contestants in the final round will be given mementos and certificates.
12) The decision of the judges and the organizers regarding the entire competition will be final and binding on everyone.
13) The organizers reserve the right to change the rules of the competition.
14) All rights of audio, video and social media related broadcasting shall be with the organizers.
